Directions:Â For adults, mix one (1) scoop (approx. 6.7 g) of Collagen powder three times daily (20 g Collagen, 18 g Protein) with 6-8 ounces of cold or hot liquid. Stir vigorously or use blender for best results. For optimum benefits, take on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. Avoid taking collagen Type 2 within 1 hour.
